Ok guys whats your favorite 9mm load for uspsa type shooting?

For GSSF and IDPA I load 4.2 grains of Titegroup under a 124 grain bullet.

Not meaning to hijack the thread but what kind of velocity do you get with that load and out of what length barrel. I'm loading some range ammo for my nephew's Baretta Px4 with a 4" barrel and planning on using 4.0grs. of Tightgroup under 124 grain Remington hard ball. Primers are Federal 100s.

I'm shooting a Glock 17 with a 4.5 inch barrel. I'm not sure of the velocity, I don't own a chrono yet.
