Hello everyone -
I'm new to the forum and haven't started reloading, as yet -- which is one of the reasons I joined this forum.  I live in Washington state... fortunately I don't live in California, espicially in light of the following:

Here's a link to an article, which I found via a link on the IRA website, about a bill that's on Gov. Schwarzenegger's desk.  The bill would require handgun ammunition purchasers to present photo ID AND leave their thumbprint!  It would also ban direct online ammo sales to individuals, similar to the way you purchase firearms online now, shipped to and pick up from an FFL, except without the 10 day wait.  Here's the link:

If you -- or anyone you know -- lives in California, I would urge you to contact your state senators and representatives, as well as the govenor's office to voice your displeasure with this bill.

Thanks!
