I have always understood that dies and reloading equipment are built to common standards (such as thread and outside diameter of dies). I have used the RCBS primer pocket swager in my Lee single stage press with no problems.

Your equipment guide should tell you the thread and diameter of dies it will accept and should be able to buy brands that fit which are not just Lyman.

Nearly all dies are 7/8 X 14 thread and are universal. Dies that aren't will be obviously different. The most common "oddball" size is for the 50 BMG. The die for this caliber is much larger.

Shellholders are not as universal, especially with regards to the primer holes. If you prime on the press this may cause issues. I'm not sure how the priming lever is set up on this press, but if it's like the Lee's where it goes up into the shell holder at the bottom of the stroke then this may cause issues with not fully bottoming out.

You may be ok buying a different brands shellholder, but you may not as well. Your best bet will likely be to buy lyman shellholders for your calibers.
