Does anyone have any experience with loading subsonics?  I have a suppressor and was thinking about making a few
"quiet" varmint rounds.  Thanks!

Reduced loads in 223 can be very dangerous due to a situation called flash over. Shoot a standard load and live with the snap. And I do mean live.
